Tourist Application Requirements for a Namibia Visa
Visa On Arrival
A visa for a stay of up to 30 days is available on arrival for a small variable fee. The traveller must:
Enter via one of the following ports: Walvis Bay International Airport, Hosea Kutako International Airport, Trans-Kalahari Border Post, Oranjemund Border Post, Noordover Boarder Post, Katima Mulilo Border Post, Impalila Island Border Post, Ngoma Border Post, Mohembo Border Post or Oshikango Border post
Hold a passport valid for at least six months beyond date of entry with three blank visa pages
Hold proof of onward and return flights
Hold proof of sufficient funds
Hold proof of hotel confirmation
Hold proof of insurance
Hold all documents required for the next destination
There is no guarantee entry will be allowed. To minimize the risk of being refused entry and to avoid excessive waiting for a visa to be issued on arrival, CIBTvisas strongly recommends that travellers obtain all visas prior to travel.
Passport
The applicant´s actual passport. The passport must:
Be in good condition. Not be damaged in any way
Be valid at least six months beyond entry date
Have at least three blank visa pages
Copy of Passport Identification Page
A clear colour copy of the information page(s) from the applicant's passport
Photograph(s)
You must provide two colour, passport type photographs that meet the following criteria:
Be taken within the last three months and printed on high quality photo paper
Be taken against an all white background
Be 35 mm by 45mm in size
Provide the full frontal view of your head with your face centered in the middle and displaying a neutral (non-smiling) expression
You may wear neither spectacles nor headwear except for religious purposes
Your photos should not be affixed to your application and they may not display evidence of adhesive or staples
Proof of Financial Means
Evidence of available funds must be provided as a copy of the applicant's most recent bank statement showing available founds for the trip.
Proof of Travel Arrangements
Details of travel arrangements. This must be provided as:
A copy of the flight confirmation showing onward/return travel
A copy of the hotel confirmation
Visa Application Form
One fully completed and signed application form

Business Introduction Letter
An original letter of introduction from the applicant's employer in Mexico. This letter must:
Be on company letterhead paper
Include the name of the applicant, passport number, profession and job's position
Specify the purpose of journey
Include the name of the organisation(s) to be visited
Include an acceptance of financial responsibility for the applicant
Be signed by the applicant's supervisor or the company's HR department
